Request Onsite IT Service
For businesses
Get help with defined onsite work involving business computers, network equipment, Wi-Fi, phones, and related infrastructure. We review the request and explain whether the work requires troubleshooting, a site visit, a project, or coordination with another provider.
For MSPs and remote IT teams
Provide the work order, authorized contacts, remote engineer details, site-access instructions, and completion criteria. The agreed scope identifies the onsite tasks, approval boundaries, escalation path, and documentation your team needs.
Scope before dispatch.
Equipment access, parking or loading requirements, building rules, installation conditions, and materials can affect the work. We confirm availability and the commercial terms before scheduling. Travel, minimum labor, after-hours work, and additional materials are addressed in the proposal or service agreement.
Document the relevant work.
Depending on the assignment, completion information can include photos, labels, notes, time, materials, and recommendations. Specify any required test results, asset records, or customer signoff before the visit. Documentation should exclude sensitive information that is not needed for the engagement.
Give your remote engineer a clear onsite plan.
Provide the site contact, equipment details, work order and escalation path. Agree on approval boundaries before the visit: a technician should know which checks are authorized and when to stop for direction. Availability is confirmed for each assignment; a request is not a scheduled dispatch.
Make completion useful to the next engineer.
Specify the handoff your team needs: relevant equipment identifiers, connection labels, photos, test results and completion notes. Confirm which information can be shared and how it should be delivered. White-label arrangements, special tools and testing must be agreed for the engagement.
