How the score works

Each of the nine ratings has equal weight. The overall score is their average, rounded to a whole number. Each chart axis averages its rated items and shows how many of its three areas you have rated. Cybersecurity & recovery groups MFA, backups and patch management; Infrastructure groups cloud/server continuity, network resilience and hardware lifecycle; IT operations groups help desk, documentation and compliance requirements. The final score averages all nine ratings once, avoiding extra rounding between categories. Focus bands: 80–100 Maintain & improve; 40–79 Plan improvements; 0–39 Prioritize a review. These are planning bands, not measured risk levels. Lower ratings appear first in your checklist. A zero in MFA or backups remains a review flag regardless of the total.
